Hi All,
My company has been trading since 1989 as Locktec Security Group and we are a full service locksmiths and alarm installer based in Ilford Essex, We went Ltd in 1998 with Locktec Security Ltd but still use the Group trading name. A sole trading locksmith in Loughton which is well within our working area (maybe 4 miles from our base) has started trading as Loc-Tec. Could we stop him using this name under the 'passing off' common law rules.
