    I'm not sure if you are aware of this but videos seem to rank easier than a normal website ever would. I paid a UK company to get me first page rankings and they did it within 1 week. I'm not going to add the link here but if you want to know who they are then please PM me. :)

    at 1.26 in the video it says dedicated project managers - why would you need a dedicated project manager when your locked out of your house?

    The contact form on your website has the wrong email address - it misses out the london part of your URL.

    The Youtube comments on your video are fake.

    This account on UKBF is probably fake.

    ...yep , nearly 20,000 view on YT in just 2 weeks!!! People in london must lose their door keys an awful lot!

    This was highlighted on The One show last night - buying fake reviews, fb likes, tweety followers, video views. Might keep you up the rankings for a while but - having 20000 views from Asia for a locksmith in L - come on, Google isn't that thick! Beware....

    I dont know why people are sucked into this!!!!

    Also - if I was locked out my house - I would not be watching a video on how good you are, I'd just be clicking and calling - maybe 2 calls, based on price. But the video helps the SEO. The 10k in Asia commenting may not - as you say, big G is not daft.

    I was referring to the obvious spam nature of the post & the video, is what you are saying is it is easier to spam youtube?

    19,000 views in a month and a half when the keywords are searched only about 600 times a month and the keyword competition is rated at 'high'

    Hi folks, we are new to SEO and all this, but we are looking at having a video made. From the previous post, do we need to include keywords in the actual video? Can google pick up keywords in the narrative of the video itself? I've probably missed the whole point of what was being said, so sorry if this is a dumb question. We read SEO for dummies, so gives you an idea of our level of understanding.....;)

    You need your keyword in the title, sprinkle your keyword through the description along with some lsi keywords.

    Lsi ( Latent semantic indexing keywords) is basically just a posh way of saying synomyms (spelling?).

    And keywords in your tags.

    Doing the above will give you good head start.

    If 20,000 Indians have been locked out in London then we'll have a lot of very cold doctors stuck outside for the night :rolleyes:

    Using blasts to increase rankings will always get to a short term gain but it seldom lasts longer than 2 weeks, and then when you drop it will be far, and it will take a lot longer to climb back out of the hole Google puts you in.

    Google picks up on these tricks quickly, the best way is slow and natural linking. Once you have an aged established and well ranked site you can pretty much throw any links you like at it.

    That's totally incorrect.

    Even a cursory reading of the LSI documentation would have told you that.

    Latent semantic indexing (LSI) is an indexing and retrieval method that uses a mathematical technique called singular value decomposition (SVD) to identify patterns in the relationships between the terms and concepts contained in an unstructured collection of text.
