Could anyone give me an opinion on my website buttons. I have matched the buttons to the header but they come across as too large. Any opinions. Should I change the buttons to a simple shape but keep the same colours?
They look very nice, but they are not ideal for search engine optimisation. The first easy change you should make is provide ALT text which contains the same words as in the graphic image. A second change worth considering is separate the text from the button graphic so there is real text on the page (the text can still be placed on top of the button graphic so it will look similar). The second change would also mean that you only need one button graphic which can be reused between buttons and the page would load faster.

you could also optimise the images for the buttons, i got one of them down to 1.6k from 2.05k before any visible loss of quality occurred. it doesn't sound like much but ther's a lot of images on your page so it all adds up and will help the page load faster.
Rollovers would make them look nicer but this would add the the page load time and slow it down even more.
also, all the text on your home page is actually images. You'll need to get some good keyword dense text on to your pages as this will help you achieve high rankings in the search engines.
