Hi everyone, can anyone tell me the legal implications of dropshipping?

1) If i am selling another company's products and they arrange delivery etc, if there was a problem with the customers purchase, who is liable....me or real supplier?

2) Do i have to state on my website that i do not hold any stock etc....

3) The product being sold is perishable foods within the UK. Are there any other implications i should know about?

Thanks for any help and advice....

1) Customer is buying from you so you are responsible especially DSR (distance selling regulations)
2) No you don't have to state that you don't hold stock but showing stock quantity on website will help customer make purchase in clarity
3) All legal requirements related to food do apply, best speak to your supplier on this
