I did email you a while ago but did not get a response. If you email me at the address below I will advise on the merits of collecting each debt and our fee once collected.
As lawyers, we will advise on whether to pursue a claim in the Courts, the likely costs (and whether recoverable) and which are the best methods of enforcement in each particular case. We also recognise that legal proceedings are not always the best course of action especially if you wish to retain the client. Our correspondence to the debtor will vary depending on the age of the debt and the particular circumstances i.e. gentle reminder, threat legal proceedings, or issue a statutory demand
We do not undertake telephone calls to chase the debt nor make personal visits to intimidate the debtor. Our correspondence has proved successful

If you email the invoices to the email below we can quote on the work also. If the debt is less than 6 months old we can provide a no win no fee initial collection service if over 6 months old we provide it on a fixed costs basis. Legal collection including county court summons, statutory demand, etc can also be quoted for.
