Are you advertising to the general public also, I would consider having two budgets for such an event... Tbh I would advertise it on loads of free websites, also I would consider getting yourself a website, pay for perfect design, seo the works.. Also you can look into people who have burger vans around essex and areas around essex.

Just you are going to need alot of advertisment and with it being in june I would move fast.

I would consider looking at overseas companies too as it may bring in alot of people that want that chance to win the BBQ Competition.

If you need any help on your advertisments I would be happy to help put together what you need if you dont already know.

I'm involved in a music festival in Oxfordshire and we have used the National caterers website to find caterers for the past few years events.
