Returns Policy

Hello!

I've got a question regarding returns policies.
Say a customer buys something from my webshop but, on delivery, decides he doesn't want it for some reason (not because of faulty product - but he doesn't like the colour for example) and returns it within 7 days. I've included in my T&C's that the customer will pay for the delivery costs for returning the product and that we will refund the full purchase price. But I was wondering about the initial delivery costs, i.e. the costs I incurred when sending the product to the customer. I charge that separately, would I need to refund those costs aswell, or can I get away with including in my T&C's that those costs will also be payable by the customer? I want to give people the opportunity to choose between 1st class and next day delivery, but I don't want to pay for next day delivery costs when a customer returns the goods.

Does anybody know what you can and can't do?

thanks
