I've had a nightmare week, dealing witg a couple of seperate issues and having to deal with big companies from BT to Bulldog and Microsoft and Carphone Warehouse/TalkTalk.
All have been absolute nightmares to deal with, mainly due to ignorant staff and stupid telephone systems ("press 1 for..")... or should that be the other way around?
If all companies were like Vodafone - one number to call, answered within 10 seconds by a helpful human - then I'd have much less grey hair.
My company mobile contracts are up for renewal at the end of this year. I don't care if they're not the cheapest - I'm staying with vodafone.
I think that they're very unaware of the pitfalls. It's all well and good sacking her for theft as long as the companies processes are well thought out and fair and they have really good evidence. Somebodies word is just not enough. He will get accused of sex discrimintion for sure if he's not carefull.
Yes quite. The poster has had advice from a solicitor and appears to have chosen to go against that advice along with mine. They are relying too much on the insurance paying out. Not likely to pay out when the incident has already happened!
