How about local newspapers, leaflets on the notice boards of shops (although I doubt places like asda & tesco will let you put one on theirs) and also maybe try the more personal touch of handing leaflets out on the high streets or outside shops with similar customers to who you are targeting (waitrose if you are selling good quality for a higher price, aldi if your hampers are more for people who are on a budget ect...)

Aldi for people on a budget personally i find Aldi's food always good quality for a reasonable price and waitrose just a rip off. not making a point of it but alot tend to mark Aldi as some cheapo store when they have never shopped there, I did to tell the truth then decided to have a look and now I shop there all the time Good quality at a good price and they do some fantastic deals on electrics to.
