Hi All,
Thanks for your help in my previous thread!
So. I am looking for a departed place for running my startup in Belfast city center. For rental. But it's kind of special
Ideal would be:
- 3-4 little rooms, no more than 70 sq meters
- no furniture (to be furnished by me)
- toilet
- probably a reception
- heating
- electricity
- the more depressive the better
- I think a basement would be the best!
- NOT an office and NOT in a shared office building
- city center because my customers are mostly students or 19-29 young people and company employees sent to me
Unfortunately I couldn't find similar premises on major websites. Probably they are unadvertised or forgotten.
If my business plan come true, I will need the same places all around in UK in major cities.
Don't worry, this kind of service doesn't exist in UK so I am not going to be your competitor
