Are there any specific regulations or laws active when it comes to selling online? Any experience from previous or current store owners would be great!

your going to have alot more information in that, no one is going to spend time explaining laws of selling alcohol, when your wanting to sell downloads.

If your sending Physical stuff then DSR applies (Distance Seller Regulations), and the sales of goods act, and a few others

yes but what physical goods, there are different laws and regluations for different sectors and very few people are going to spend time listing them all.
