Hello people.

Hope everybody is well and the August lull is not affecting too may of you.

I have a question regarding " Terms of business "
What are they in general. Is there a specific set that I should have or are they dependant on the business that I am involved in, which is plumbing & heating.

To put it simply a set of terms of business sets out the way you operate including, but not limited to, charges, notices, payment terms, and many other terms relevant to your business.

Standard terms of business may not cover every aspect of your business i.e. call-out charges, etc so a set would have to be drafted for your business.
