I have got a CCJ against a company that claim they have stopped trading and have no assets. What do I need to do?

Status: Active
Date of Incorporation: 03/02/2010

Country of Origin: United Kingdom
Company Type: Private Limited Company
Nature of Business (SIC(03)):
None Supplied
Accounting Reference Date: 28/02
Last Accounts Made Up To: (NO ACCOUNTS FILED)
Next Accounts Due: 03/11/2011
Last Return Made Up To:
Next Return Due: 03/03/2011 OVERDUE

The company is being investigated by trading standards and the owner owns a company doing exactly the same thing but with another name also.

My aim is to get back what I have been paid and also stop the company from conning others.

All help appreciated.

(PS Its a company spoken about before but as soon as you mention their name they somehow get the posts removed - everything in this post is factual so should not need moderating).

Looks like the accounts are overdue, This is normally a sign of the company is either in trouble or the directors are jumping ship...

If you PM me the company name and or number I will run a check on the company for you and let you know.

If the company has ceased trading and has no assets then realistically there is nothing you can do.

Move on and be more careful who you lend money to in future.

    I agree with Bob
