Not sure if I'am putting this thread in the right place as couldn't make my mind up where to post it. I'm looking for some tips and advice on two business plans.
The first one is a Letting agents. I have a company name and at the moment contacting all the letting agents within a 20 mile radius asking about there administration fees looking at the strengths and weaknesses seeing where I can make mine better. I'm unsure where I can get all the relevant paperwork what a letting agents has example tenancy agreement inventory. Another thing is advertising my company all I can really think of is internet, business cards and a website. First of all I'm planning on running it from home then expanding it to a commercial property then open a few in different counties well that's the plan.
The second is a commercial and cleaning company at the moment theres loads of cleaning companys out there but instead of me just advertising in the yellow pages, internet, website etc. I was thinking maybe taking my company to them? Writing letters to companys advertising my company ringing them up and asking to meet with the relevent person give them a presentation why my company is better. I got to do something which makes me stand out from the rest its a dog eat dog world out there.
Im only 21 and I didnt do very well in school but I have a switched on over the years and trying to make a difference.
