How to get USEFUL LEADS for ANY Business

This can work for any of you. We all have the struggle of cold calling or have leads that have NO use to us. Just wasting our time.

One of the biggest mistakes Ive seen made by marketers or network people is the attempt to write, create, or place advertisements without any real training.

What should be happening 'doesnt'. Unless you know EXACTLY what you are doing, DONT place anything more than a small, inexpensive classified article until you learn the ropes and create a great article.

The secret to my success is where I found a book that has helped me tremendously!

I have to admit, when I come across these sites I hardly read the first line of the title before I click back to leave the page.

From a visitor point of view I think the style, layout and the way the information is presented is not doing you guys any good. I would recommend creating a mini- site with a nice presentable layout. no one reads those LONG pages. No one has the time to do it. People need short pages and if they are interested they will be reading deeper into the site.

Sounds like the old Michael Cheney philosophy to me. I spent days listening to his waffle on my e-mail and learnt nothing that a bit of common sense couldn't have taught me.

I prefer to learn from best practice, actual individuals and my mistakes.

I dont like weeks of 'Bootcamps' just to be told that if I want to find out anymore then I have to buy a book or a piece of software etc for £100+ It's all waffle!

If you're a business owner who doesn't have marketing expertise, but is going to write adverts for your own business, I think the best place to start is still "Scientific Advertising" by Claude Hopkins.

It's a short book and is available free (legally) in PDF format around the net and will teach you the fundamentals without any waffle.

Just that one short book is probably enough to help you avoid a lot of the biggest mistakes.

I thought it was a good sales letter. A bit like a lot of other sales letters, but ok.

Like Tom, I thought this 95% stat was a bit questionable and I'd like to see the source of it.

But, generally, it was a good letter and, if I was a genuine prospect, I would have kept reading and probably signed up for the free course.

However, I've no interest in MLM, so it wasn't really talking to me.

I like this book because he gives it to you straight forward. He gives you fundamentals, up to real world.

But the real beauty of this, is that is is called Magnetic Sponsoring.

Which means that you can become friends of people who enter their info and get to know one another. I already have one great friend through this site, we talk nearly everyday.

So this just isnt a "book". Its a good way to met people, find out what they do, and introduce yourself as well as your business.

It's an interesting concept and it will be interesting to see where it goes over the next few months.

Most of the things I see like this come from, and target, an American market.

Now I don't know if we are all just a bunch of pessimists over here but that sort of site really doesn't appeal to me because I've 'heard it all before'. Whilst I have to admit the concept is a bit newer than a lot of the things I've seen it still seems like the same kind of thing - 'Sign up, its totally free for info, but then you'll end up getting repeatedly spammed by people trying to sell you things'.

I may of course be wrong, but I am English and therefore I crave disappointment

Im way against free things that yu have to sign up for, if they are free, why sign up? is it because in order to make it free my email address will be passed/sold to thousands of people all trying to sell me various things ?
Just my opinion, I havnt looked at your site for this very reason.

Hey guys, great questions.

I'll start with dcraigdc.

What is very unique and nice about this, is that is a different approach to marketing and business.

The coined term "Magnetic Sponsoring" weeds out EVERYONE that is not willing to educate themselves.

This site is only for people willing to put a little money into buying a book and getting get info to better their knowlegde and skills towards any business.

Plus it gives you contact information. And I know that you say you have 'heard it all', but this offers a different approach. And I think you would agree with me that if you learn just 1-2 things, from a book, its worth your time. PLUS on top of that you get to know people who visit the site, as well as get to know what they do and introduce yourself and your business.

This is 'free' to read his first article. But you have to buy the book, and you can become a member and pay a monthly fee. But this is only if you chose to.

And as far as getting spammed, I have been with this for about 2 weeks now, and have gotten 1 email from them, just telling me thanks for signing up and not to be shy if I have questions. Because the only place your email goes is to me.

So I hope I helped ya understand some more about this. Please dont be shy and post more if you need to find out more.

I said and I should have clarified this better, its not free. Its free to enter your info and read his first article. And then if you like to read more of what he says, you can buy the book.

You also get 13 great articles on more about Marketing and how to go about it. I know alot of peole think they are doing it right way and know how to do it and are a people person. But until you can say you make over 30,000 a month, something can improve

Because. Not saying that if someone doesnt do this they are dumb or not willing to educate themselves.

But this really has 2 great features to it.

1) His writing style is very unique and gives it to you so you can relate and not all success stories and make a million dollars in 4 days type of crap.

2) Magnetic Sponsoring - when you introduce people to the site, you get people who are willing to educate themselves, learn how to better themselves and their business.

So people who sign up and do Magnetic Sponsoring :
1) Care about their business and how they can better themselves
2) Create more knowlegde of how to market, promote, and advertise.
3) Create friendships of other Business minded people that are interested in a great book, great relationships, and great businesses.

Actually, when I first looked at it, it looked like another Michel Fortin-style letter to me.

(1) Red headline with a white background.
(2) Starts with a "I was a failure at this until I uncovered the secrets only the successful few know" story
(3) Follows with "here's how well I'm doing now"
(4) A set of bullet points about what you'll learn if you take action.
(5) A mechanism for the reader to take low-risk action.

A pretty standard format (and a good one) which can be seen promoting a lot of information products around the net.

So, I'd be curious to know what you think the unique elements are that your guy brings to this often-used format.

Do you mean that, if someone signs up for the course, they want to learn something?

I'd agree.

But you don't need to coin a phrase to achieve that.

I don't have a phrase, but I get a load of people signing up for my newsletter. I doubt that many of them would sign up unless they wanted to learn about marketing.

So, that's why I was wondering how this "magnetic sponsoring" term "weeds out EVERYONE that is not willing to educate themselves".

Great post. I dont believe it weeds out EVERYONE, for that is merely impossible.

But it does almost perfect it, because then you can have a much easier time weeding out the real from the fake.

I know Im new to this.

But I feel like I have been educating myself well and wanted to share with everyone.

I feel like these are the 3 main keys to any business, downline, or company you are involved in.

1) Repitition generates belief in the system you are in.
2) Belief generates confidence in the system you are in.
3) Confidence generates actions, results, and success.

If you get to spread out, you will just create confusion and not be able to focus on your downline and your company. You will show a lack of confidence in yourself, your system, and thus create an unsuccessful business.

And this will create a flow of things, starting with you. If you lose your focus, how do you think your downline will be, they will lose focus as well.

MOST people dont do what it takes to have true success, and there is nothing most of us can do about it.

I would assume that most of us arent making 30,000 a month, so maybe we should take a glance at what someone who does and what they have to say

1) I am helping people out who are business oriented like myself and want and need help like 98% of us do.

2) I am 22 years old. I have just started my business with Agel. And I have had great success my first month and half because I have tried to expose my website, my ideas, and also read books and such from people who have made it through tough times.

3) I was fortunate to met someone who knows Mike directly and he referred me to this site. It is great.

Sorry, but to be blunt if you had a world beating lead generation system, why share it with strangers?

Thats like the guy with the hot betting tip advertising it to everyone.

Good luck, sorry its not for me along with all the other fix all, get rich quick programs and lose 10 stone by this new pill diets out there.

Nothing has a world beating lead generation system, you know what just as well as I do because then there would be no leads left for the next person.

I share this because you have a chance to get paid by advertising. Thats why. PLUS you get the benefit of getting USEFUL leads for your business and to met other people and find out what do.

Where can you go wrong for $33

This isnt get rich, type of thing. NOTHING IS. But you know what it is, a GOOD way to make side money, as well as get GOOD leads for your business.

I dont know where I said I made thousands? I never said that. And just for the record, Im not a greedy person, I would be glad to share more of this with other people even if I was making thousands.

Oh I aso agree that it is not another get rich quick program which is why phrases like
