    Have any members been hit by the rules being imposed by merchant account providers re the additional charge (0.7/8%) for transacting 'Premium' cards?

    I also use streamline and have not had any notification of additional charges, however, I am hearing that people are.

    Apparently, Streamline are writing to people about this.

    These premium cards are more US based, offering additional feature, but costing more to process.
