yeh i'm afraid IP addresses cannot be found in your Analytics reports as this is deemed personably identifiable data so Google cannot release it. In fact this question is the Google Analytics IQ exam so bear it in mind if you ever take it!

Sorry it took me long to respond.. i had to consult some of my notes and consult a few of my friends (just got to know one is making 4k$ a day in affiliate marketing) but coming back to the point ..
You will need to install http://tracking202.com on your server and use it for ad tracking and it will track the IP addresses for you..
Let me know if you need any further help.. they also have another tool prosper202 which i think is the paid version..

also ip s can come from a company of 600 so how can you single out 1 user? try this
-Go to Custom Reporting on left menu.
-Create a new custom report
-Drag in a metric
-Drag in a dimension use Page
-The next one down "after 'Page' drill down to..." drag "Domain" which is under Dimensions>System
-Save or preview, then drill down to the next level on any page to see what the domain breakdown is. If you want to know IP address you could use some -Network tool like network-tools.com and do a lookup.

To be honest the guys at the engines are really hot on this sort of thing now as it was costing so much money you will inevitably get wastage of clicks and competitors may click to see what you are doing but generally the powers that be will sort this out if it happens. What line are you in and what makes you think that you are subject to fraud. I have dedicated agency reps that i can help out with at Google,yahoo and msn/bing but i really can tell you their answer now....
