Can anyone tell me how i can clean my chrome bathroom Accessories, soap dish etc?

I do not wish to be rude but, if you have rust showing through your chrome, the best thing you can do is throw them away and get decent quality items, like my 18 month old motor cycle which is suffering the same affliction, ( rust through the chrome, this is a premiere( so I thought) British made motor bike) apparently most chroming on inexpensive items is done in places like china, in which quality of preparation and the actual process are in short supply

Just like their chrome by the looks of things, just don't make chrome bathroom accessories like they used to
Now when I was a lad we just had a lump of slate jammed into the corner of the wash pit. Brilliant stuff as it never rusted but hurt like hell if you cracked your head on it...
