Ltd company struck off - director liability

I am wondering what the 'limited abilities' are for a director a ltd company which is struck off.

Ultimately I am wondering will the director be investgated, will credit files be affected, will any outstanding penalties be the responsibility of the director.

Unless you've made any personal guarantees to the company e.g. personally guaranteed any loans, then as far as I know there are no further responsibilities from the director.
