This would seem to run contrary to advice on this forum that forum links are of no value...
You haven't heard me say that
I know I keep banging the drum, but your link footprint should be natural. The problem (as I posted less than an hour ago) is that people don't THINK about SEO logically.
Q: what do you currently do WRT your business?
a: You post questions and answers on a business forum. many of your posts will be in related (semantically) pages, so you are automatically theming your site, which in turn will help it link.
people focus on the power of an individual link without THINKING.
Any parent will want to know
1. where their child is going
2. who they are going with
WHY? Because we are concerned, we want to make judgements based on the reputation of the people and places our child in hanging out with.
Search engine algorithms mirror real life guys, thats how it is now, and always has been, and I would say always will be
