Disgusted with cafepress

I recently signed up to www.cafepress.com to sell products featuring my designs and after setting up my shop I ordered two custom made tops to advertise my business when I was out and about.

They arrived a week ago and I was sooooo dissapointed. The Tops themselves looked like they had been purchased from a charity shop and the print quality was so poor you'd think they had been put through 100 90 degree washes.

Needles to say I put in a complaint and I'm STILL waiting for a reply.

It seems to me that once they've got your money they couldn't care less about your repeat business.

Anyone else had these problems?

I'm surprised at CafePress. I made an order before xmas that took ages to arrive. I emailed to say it hadn't come and they instantly offered to re-send it - no questions asked.

Then the original parcel arrived.

Contact them again to complain.

I've never ordered any clothing from them though. Just mugs and the like.
