Outlook 2003 with 2 email accounts

Hi - can anyone point me to an idiots guide on setting up a second email account in MS Outlook 2003 or offer any pointers etc please?

I have just added a second email account but in particular I am uncertain as to how when I send emails I make sure I am using the correct account.

If you've set up the second account correctly, when you send a new email you should see a button at the top (normally just above the "To..." field) that says "Accounts". Click on that and select which email address you want to send the email from.

That confused me - the ''accounts'' wasnt there but on restarting Outlook it appeared. Easy when you know how - thank you very much.:)
