Hi Pilfo,

At what stage did it crash? When you tried to open it? Did it crash when you tried a second time? Was there a particular error message?

I have had no other reports of it crashing PCs, so was surprised to see your message. Obviously if we think it's something that can be fixed (with your input) then we will do.

Thanks

I (left) clicked on Download PDF, so that I could preview the document before saving. It opened OK and I was able to read it, but when I closed it, I got the following message:-

"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem with an add-on and needs to close."

(I have just tried it again, and exactly the same thing happened).

After the above message my PC just locked up, and then crashed followed by an automatic shutdown/restart.

Apart from it crashing my PC :x show us something that we don't already know.

Lets give the guy some credit. If it is the first then it is certainly a useful guide that may serve as a reminder to some and a tutorial to others.

Saw it on Ecademy and it has had a good testimonial. Did not crash on my outdated MAC. The plug-in error could be related to Adobe - need to reinstall

I found it interesting.
didnt crash my pc either, as mentioned above, sounds like a problem with your pic, have you tried opening a pdf from another site? here are a whole lot of pdf's, maybe give one of the smaller ones a try and see what happens, I suspect you may well encounter the same problem.

Hi there Deft,

Although it is a lot of stuff we've heard before, it is useful to print out as a reminder to keep up with attracting new business etc.

Speaking of which, next time you do one you might want to give me a shout (there's a couple of typos!).

Cracking site too though - loving the design.
