I need an additional laptop.
One possibility is to buy a replacement for the picture touch up laptop - thus moving that one on - and get one with a larger screen and resolution. Currently 15.4" - 1280 by 800.
But it might also be better to get another 15.4" - cheaper - lighter etc and if I felt the time had come for a larger screen for picture editing buy an external one. The price might not even be so dissimilar!
I realise that with laptops there is a big play off between variables but someone out there might have a few nuggets of wisdom/experience that might tip the balance and maybe suggest the size of external monitor that works best.
