Something I've just heard a 'money saving expert' on the tely mention:

Probably not as there are a number of services like these. But their list of destinations is very limited. Here are a couple of others with a more broad reach of destinations:-

I think they are fine to use if you call abroad a lot, and there are some serious savings to be made there, but a bit cumbersome for everyday business use.
