Hi Guys

I have a problem (like everyone else I hear you say). I have just finished my January issue of Free Cyber Mag and have sent it to all my registered users. I have had some reports though that some of them cannot open the file and it say's there is an error in the file. Would you mind opening the file for me to see if this happens on your compuet. Don't worry you don't have to register, I have disabled the password protection for you. When you open the mag if there is an error are you able to find out where exactly the error is or can you give me any tips on finding the error so I can fix it.
I think most of you all know me by now to realise I am not spamming :D

Cheers

Chris

Hi Mattk

The two people that have said that they have had problems are using AOL and NTL Broadband. I am not sure what version of Adobe they use. I'll try and find out.

Cheers for checking anyway. Did anyone else have any probs?

Cheers

I was one of the ones who couldn't open it - unsurprising considering nothing is working for me today!!!

I have just upgraded my adobe reader to the latest version and it stills says that the file is damaged and can't be fixed when I try to read your mag.

Oh and I'm on NTL broadband.

Hi Kate

I have run a few tests and also from the people on here it seems to be OK. What about the November or December issues. Can you open them?

Cheers

Hooray!!!!!!

I can now open it. God know why, I haven't done anything.

Well, maybe that means that my Outlook, printer and fax will start working again!

OK thanks everyone for try to see if my mag downloads. I think I can safely say it's a user issue rather than my Mag's issue.
I have put the password protect back on now so you must register to see the mag. I would love for more people to register though (Hint Hint)
Only joking but thanks everyone all the same.

Regards

Chris
