How do you get to page 1 of Google

have you included keyword tags into your html document, and how many times is your keyword used in your text?

it can take about 3 months for them to index you properly. I would think that is the problem, or your keyword might be being overused and the class you ass spam, give it a bit of time before you tinker with it.

Can you tell us what it is so we can see what else appears for the search term?

Google doesn't like sites with affiliate links and your site is dedicated to selling an affiliate product so this will be a hinderance

Also you need your keyword in the title of blog, blog posts and of course content.

Meanwhile your comeption selling this product is fierce

First post here to here's my input! Thought I might as well make it worth it so here it goes.

If you actually implement these tips you can have the site ranking (or at least get a solidheadstart!) and start making some profits.

1. Head over to "https:// adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal" (that is a domain, but cant post it as Im new here, remove spaces) and find keywords related to your market audience. Try to look for ones that get around 1,000 to 5,000 searches per month and dont have much competition. It is impossible for a brand new site to rank for such competitive markets and keywords like "dating" and "how to make money online" so look for long tail keywords that get good traffic but have low competition if you want to rank for those within 2-4 months. (or anytime soon)

2. The root domain (eg. domain.com) is the most powerful url in your website. Right now your homepage meta tag title is "tristinaugustus.com" so you are wasting about 70% of your marketing efforts there. Place 2-3 keywords phrases in that title. Do not go over 55 characters. (Again use the Google Keyword Tool to find the best keywords to use here) One example can be "Make money online & find a date online - Tristinaugustus" (again just an example, these keywords are super competitive so stay away from them)

3. Create backlinks

Once you have selected your keywords from the Google Keyword Tool (make a list of around 20-30) do a Google search for each one of them. Then select the top 3 websites in the listings, copy their urls and check the amount of backlinks they have at backlinkwatch.com. As you are starting out I suggest you only try keywords in which their top position has less than 1,000 backlinks.

(If the url has 1000 backlinks, a good rule of thumb is that you need +/- 1000 backlinks to beat their ranking and take their positon.)

If you are in a budget and want to do it all "yourself", head over to getafreelancer.com or elance.com and hire a freelancer to start a backlinking campaign with your keywords as anchor texts. Ask for forum postings, blog comments and/or profile backlinks with your anchor texts. IMPORTANT: Ask for them to only create backlinks in site with a Google Page Rank of over 2-3.

4. Wait for google to update their index (takes time) and improving your Page Rank. After that is all rinse & repeat until your website gets top ten positions and starts getting traffic.


Hope it helps and good luck! I know it might seem like a bit too much at first, but if you have any questions go ahead. But it takes a bit of work to get traffic (unless of course you hire a good SEO consultant or agency)

Google hasn't indexed any pages and your domain is just 13 days old - you need to be more patient. You're not going to be a millionaire overnight

Searching on the guy's domain in that result shows one entry, the front page... What you are seeing is the links he has built. Given the age of the domain, I would expect him to be sandboxed...

You cannot see results for this span of time. Google might not found your site yet. If you want to reach the page 1 or even at #1 spot you should be unique from the rest. Since your site is still fresh do a moderate link building, if you have created a new content bookmark it to say 3-5 high ranking sb sites. Don't go mad in building your links.
