motor insurance needed this afternoon

hi all,

i need to arrange some vehicle insurance urgently this afternoon so i can fax a cover note to a hire car company. are there any commercial, fleet or motor insurance people on the forum?

The difficulty will be getting a certificate of insurance or covernote in such short notice.

There are a couple of insurance companies that email you the certificate as a PDF or the other option is to physically visit a broker who should be able to give you a cover note then and there.

Given that I work for an insurance company I feel it would be inappropriate for me to to recommend a company but a quick google should help you

Churchill.com cover you straight away and I find them very competitve and helpful. Although I don't have a fleet policy with them.
