but like abit of dance music from time to time (mix cds from the likes of sasha and jon digweed ).

beep beep! front end web dev for a non departmental government body clocking in

i like a good bit of ambient post rock through big beat - molia falls, once we were, scraps of tape, 65 days of static, unkle, chemical brothers.

causing arguments in the office this week: definition lists. im all for using them for the name value relationship. my colleague disagrees saying the value must define the name (eg, the dictionary). im digging them - so many hooks, so many uses! come on w3c, introduce AL for html5!

music has the same effect on me as caffeine, so a bit of hard dance or rock is often required for those easy but long jobs

its a big collection of classical music from spotify

they have a large amount of pseudo classical and a lot of tragic 90's classical meets dance music abominations, so you can't just type classical and enjoy

Back in my uni days used to listen to the Kerrang radio a lot when coding for assignments.

Now its a mixture of Kerrang radio and itunes on shuffle which is mainly rock.

I haven't got a clue who half those musicians are. I often turn off the wireless and fire up the gramophone and listen to some long playing records by the likes of Yes, Deep Purple, Zepplin, early Pink Floyd and Fleetwood Mac (Peter Green era). Other days it's the Mamas and Papas, Bob Seger, Animals, Troggs and occasionally a little Van Morrison.

And when the code just slips into place Thin Lizzy at a zillion watts of power is my reward.
