Hi Everybody,

Fairly new to this stuff so please be patient if I am doing it wrong. Just want to let you know that we are live with our new website and we are looking for opinions on it before it is finished completely. Let us know if I can print the url in the forum please.

Yeh the design is neat and compact, the menu links are wel layed out, and the categories well displayed.

I think the logo is a bit old fashioned looking, but thats personal preference.
All in all, its a well designed website. Good luck with the business!

Hi fabvin,

Couple of things on your website;

Your top banner almost matches the effect that the pictures of the kitchens give but not quite. The red bit and the text on the right are a little old fashioned and does not look clean and sharp.

The main pictures and text on the homepage were off to the right when i viewed it using explorer leaving a large space under Home on the left hand side. A pet hate of mine is having to scroll across the page to view text.

I'd suggest taking the mains points out of your text on the home page and turn them into bullet points with large ticks (maybe) and also take the features of your service and turn them into benefits. Think of peoples fears or worries when trying to select a good person to fit their kitchen and answer those concerns.

On your testimonials page you might want to put the actual testimonials on the page rather than linked. Make it as easy as possible for the visitors to gain trust in you. I'd also put some of the testimonials on the home page and include actual photos of the people standing in front of their kitchens.
