    Id love to read it but I get:

    .... and don't forget to think whether your name also should be protected as a trade mark - neither registering a domain name or company give you any legal protection for your name, only trade mark registration does that and it governs all the rest, i.e. the person with trade mark registration has the monopoly over everything else.

    ....and it works.

    Do you own your own name or does somebody else? If someone else registers your name first as a trade mark, then they are registered as the owners of the name.

    If you leave it too late, it may be too late.

    thanks for the added comments on the trademark issue

    i will have some information on this added to the domain names article

    or... if you would like to make some brief notes on this element (you are the man qualified for it) and add it to the site it would be much appreciated as i think it is an area people should be aware of
