Hi
My names Iain and I have worked in wed design and application development for about 6 years now.
I currently work for a large insurance company but am mainly here to pick up tips, advice and any good ideas around promoting a new business of mine and my colleagues. The site is http://www.webit.net if any of you want to check it out and tell me what you think that would be great.
Its a B2B marketplace that is free for members to post their company details and product/service details. Its main purpose is that of a promotional tool and we do get spidered by the major search engines.
Anyway i hope to play an active role in these forums, pass on some of what i've learn't, do a bit of networking and pick up some good marketing advice.
