Good Host for my webshop??

Hi, im currently using uk2.net as host for my webshop, but there are always problems with the email account and can rarely check for invoices or other mail related to the business, this morning all my emails disappeared and i want to move to another provider, but where do i go where things are running smooth and with good customer service/support?

I use eukhost.com (also a member on here), and they are fantastic. On the rare occasion there has been a problem (or I've needed some changes made) their 24 hour support has been first class

I would speak to Dom or Seb at vidahost.com, there support is first class, answers within 15 minutes and the best hosting company I have been with.

It looks like you are using UK2's e-commerce software to power your website, so you would not be able to move it to a new provider as far as I know as you pay for the software as part of your subscription?

If you wanted to move to a new provider, I think you would have to get a new website developed.

If its just UK2's email that's the problem you should be able to host your email elsewhere enabling you to keep your current shop with them.

Hi ty for all the answers, ive got my self a new designed unique webshop that will be uploaded at the new host, for sure im gonna leave UK2.net!!!
