Amazon have stopped giving the actual customer email addresses to seller central users and instead its an encrypted amazon email address that no doubt gets thoroughly scanned before emails are sent to customers to prevent you from marketing your own site directly.
However, I now have numerous clients who are suffering because the knock on effect here seems to be that other crucial systems aren't working.
I pity the Seller Central support department today, the new tickets volume is going to be immense!
