Legal wording required for Website Terms and Conditions

Hi

I've just had a meeting with a solicitor about our website - on a separate issue he mentioned that our 'terms and conditions' aren't really sufficient for trading internationally and on the Internet.

Is there anywhere I can get a basic terms and conditions wording that would be suitable? (Which WebTrader advised us previously on our old website, but they aren't doing that sort of thing anymore).

Having glanced at your terms and conditions I think what your solicitor might have been referring to was the Distance Selling and E Commerce Regulations.
