Does anyone know how to report spam to BT? I mean spam that is coming from one of their email users.
I came across this page, http://www.btinternet.com/new/content/contact/ but when I report abuse to the address provided ([email protected]) it fails.
Why is it that most hosting companies make it so hard to report abuse??
