Hey everyone. I moved down to London in April of this year and recently I have been working with personal trainers. We have decided to put on a series of free monthly seminars starting in August. Please see the details of the event below and hopefully will see some of you there!

You can’t change your body until you change your mind set

You know what you should be eating and that you should be exercising, yet what are the physiological reasons that hold you back? In this seminar you will learn how the body and mind work together to determine your body shape.

Yes but you can change the amount of calories you consume until you understand why you overeat! This is how I see weight loss differently to most other people, I think it is more important to stop weight accumulating rather than trying to simply get rid of it.

Think of it like being on a boat that has sprung a leak. Most people would focus on getting the water out rather than fixing the hole itself. If you first fix the hole you can then work on getting rid of the onboard water. Knowing that once you have gotten rid of it, it won't be coming back.

About half the tickets have been reserved now, yay.

Yep and I know exactly where I'd put the bung on someone who's a little piggy.;)

Mind you the ones I see in tesco don't look like there in much danger of sinking.?
