Hi all,
Im still trying to re-let our warehouse.
2500sq.ft
gas heating
electric
office
rollershutter door
managed business park
cctv on site
i have the unit until next sept 2010 but would love to move it sooner!
I have and will still have the unit next door, just dont need all the space.
£14,000 roughly inc rent - estate charge - service charge - council rates
