landlord/tennant agreement help

Hi,

I wonder if you can help me please

We have found a couple to rent our flat above the bakery, has anyone got a copy of a lardlord/tennant 6 month lease agreement, that I could have a look at please, or know somewhere, or someone I could get one from.

Any advice would be most welcome,

Have you got hold of one yet? My boss runs a letting agency aswell so I can get hold of a copy if you still need it.
