Interesting, although will take a lot of advertising and work to reach that goal, or we will all be there by now

Nothing special.

Lets say each job takes, on average, about 10 minutes (by the examples on her site many will take more than 10 minutes). On this basis, to make £1,000,000, she would have to work for 19 years.

That's about £50,000 taking into account a small holiday, and it doesn't even include business expenses such as advertising to find 800,000+ clients...

I think she will do it. Not so much from the work concept but through media interest, book, TV ,wait for Hollywood to knock on her door.Stranger things have happened .

Take what words back? You're right, it won't work

Actually, silly me, I didn't even take into account working hours and sleep!

So as she has two kids, lets push for a full working day of 8 hours. That's non-stop tasks for 8 hours a day if we assume they're all 10 minutes. Of course, many people will offer her more than £1 but many tasks will take longer than 10 minutes, so this is just a rough idea.

At £1 for every task which takes 10 minutes each on average...
Working 8 solid hours everyday...
Working 6 days a week (we'll give her Sunday off)...
Working every week for every year (which is doubtful)...
To make her million she would have to only work for...

66 years!

That's about £15,000 a year before tax and any other business expenses.

She would be better off going on the dole.

I gather she's already cleared a thousand, so she's obviously pushed for time and can't update her site. I suspect (if successful) that will be the big barrier, finding the time to take on all the jobs she accepts. Having said that (and I must admit to having given her this advice in an email I sent to her) there are plans to have an "affiliates" page, so she can earn a bit from advertising.

So yes, a long way to go, but you have to admire the "get-up and go spirit".
