Feedback on website

I guess the fact that I have posted this presupposes I am not overly keen on the site as is. It was a quick and dirtly to get something up to kick the business off.
I am planning a re fresh, any feedback would be gratefully received.

If you were actually looking for a flower shop then please accept our apologies, while you are here why not read on,

you lost me at hello.

There is for too much text here for most people to bother with.

The image at the top - I'm not sure what it is but it doesn't seem to be the leaf I would expect given your name.

The menu looks straightforward and the site simple enough, but I think you really need to cut the waffle and tell people how you can help them immediately in order to grasp their attention and convince them you are not the kind of guy who wastes their time with idle chatter.

I agree with SillyJokes,

I read the text on the 1st page and still don't know what you do apart from "coaching" and I am not interested in learning to play squash.........

The overall design is ok, could do with making it all fit together a bit better, and improving the style of the menu to make it a tad more attractive.

There are other types of leaf you know. Thin sheets of metal are also known as leaf which I may be wrong but I think that is what is being shown on the logo................if this is the case its much too subtle!!

I agree about the text though it needs to be broken up substantially.

I liked the header/logo and colouring then I started to phase out when I began reading...Get clear on what it is you are actually tryingt to offer, simplify and get the message across in an easy to read and understand format.

It is a bit bland really. Not much to grab the visitor when they first arrive.

Your first page should be (very clearly and concisely) what you do and why the visitor needs your services. The text you have would be more appropriate on an About Us page.

The logo and banner are okay, but more images/photos and colour would also help.

One word of warning - if your looking to achieve a good position on search engines you will need to vary your pages title. Each are identical at present and this isn't looked on too favourably.

I would also suggest changing the contact us link to a form. Your <a href="mailto:"> link is a little outdated and also can lead to you receiving a high volume of spam.
