    Hi, firstly what a superb forum this looks, very informative and friendly!

    Iv'e just launched my webstore which involves selling eBooks, several people I know have said how profitable this can be, but I was wondering if anyone else is in this business and whether the market is there for a long term sustainable income, many thanks.

    Firstly welcome to the forums!

    The theory behind ebooks sounds good enough as you have no stock to buy, no production costs, and practically a zero delivery cost (just bandwidth). The only downside I can see is the market for ebooks. I am quite a technical person but when I buy a book I still like to hold it in my hand to read it, and large quantities of text I still print out to read - I just find it easier (both physically and on the eyes) to read from paper rather than on screen.
