Getting good feedback - great marketing tool

I have found that a vital marketing tool is customer testimonials and referrals. I spend a great deal of time with my clients to make sure they get great service and then I always ask for feedback. One client actually went onto a different site and posted some feedback about us without us even knowing, have a look http://www.teneric.co.uk/forums/thread2013.html

From this feedback alone I have got 3 jobs in a week! It doesn't cost anything to do and it works a treat. Getting feedback is also a great way of improving your service and meeting customer's needs more effectivly.

We are going to upload all of these onto our new website. When doing testimonials always say who put it and their website or company, this shows that it is genuine and traceable.

Thanks for the feedback and I've already gone over this. I don't use the Paypal much as most people use BACS but it's there is anyone needs to pay an invoice by credit card. As I don't sell products as such, there is little use for it. You'll notice both my other sites don't use Paypal.
