Hello Everyone!

Having worked as a property consultant for some twelve years, I finally took the plunge and have decided to go it alone! (eek!). My company, HomeFinders, specialises in finding new homes for people who have neither the time nor the inclination to do it themselves. I also work with property developers in finding land, and with property investors seeking rental properties.

Another area of the business is "Home Staging", either as a pre-requsite to selling your home, or for developers looking to maximise profits. This also extends to those homes which are not selling and where the seller maybe needs some advice in this regard.

I'm looking forward to chatting with you all and exchanging ideas and advice.

Wow! The first forum I've been into and actually met some decent people with something good to say! Thank you very much. I hope the rental man finds me and, RSL, I look forward to hopefully helping you in your property search.

RSL, what is the new dinner website - I often use leaping salmon and also, as part of our homefinding service, sometimes employ caterers to welcome people to their new homes and save them one less thing to worry about - this could be of interest to me personally and as a business contact.

Jayne, see if you can find rental man and send him my way!

Hi Stefi and welcome to the forum

It took me about 18 years of working as an accountant to finally go it alone. It's scary at first but once you get going you'll never look back.

Best of luck with the new venture. If you need any help with the accounting/bookkeeping please get in touch.
