Hey all

I want to do some wordpress sites and need hosting. I am very new to wordpress but what I can understand is that having the site hosted is better than downloading the program to your own machine.

Does anyone here provide hosting for this? I may need several word press sites over the next few months.

I am not very technical so I need it to be very easy to use.

Please pm me or post here.

Why are you all PM'ing? Public forum and all that, why not make an offer that everybody can see, and maybe pick up more custom? Hosting WP is neither a big kahooti nor illegal AFAIK.
PM'ing looks all secret squirrel, got-something-under-the-mattress to me.

Hey guys

Thanks for the messages. I will go through them and reply if I need further information.

The reason why I asked for PM's was because when someone sends me one I get an email that I can check on my phone. Also I don't get chance to come on here some days and I didn't want to miss a response.

Take a look at www.geeksrv.net/packages.php we host a number of wordpress blogs and even have a tool to auto install it for you

Any decent linux host should be able to host wordpress for you.

You really really want to go with a host that:

1) Has automatic wp install (Fantastico)
2) Has reasonable uptimes
3) Great support (Im talking messenger, email, and phone)

Uk and US are not regulation friendly places to host. Two that I use for shared hosting are Hostpapa in Canada - use .ca not .co.uk or .com. and cybaultra dot net in Singapore. Both have unmetered bandwidth and have little downtime.
