I would seriously think about "podcasting" if you are looking to provide an audio presentation. It's the latest form of distribution and becoming very popular.
The issue mentioned in the previous post needn't be a hold point. Just make sure that the "message" that's in the audio presentation is also available in HTML / plain text form and accessible on the site.
That way, you have covered all your bases.
