KPI For Sales Staff Templates

Hi,

Does anyone have a template system that they use for KPI's of telesales staff?

Or is better to just have a white board if you are starting out with a few people?

I liek the idea of using a template because that way it is easier to track things on a weekly basis.

If anyone has a template that they are currently using it would be great if you could share.
