What is .PSD?

    Hello,

    One of my suppliers has sent a disc of .PSD files, however, my system won't open them. Could anyone tell me what format it is and how I can open them. They are supposed to be images, which I urgently need to put on my site.

    That would be fantastic VSHosting. I will send them over - I really appreciate the help.

    Webstuff - thank you for your help too. I have downloaded the suggested program, but can't get it to work with these images. Thank you anyway.

    A handy free program for opening psd files is irfranview

    http://www.irfanview.com/

    I use this alll the time, it is great for viewing just about all image formats I especialy like it for photos because it is so easy to filck betweeen them, a quick press of return and they go full screen then simply use the arrow keys to go to the next photo.

    It also lets you save as many different formats.
