Presentation Folder ... best way to use?

I have a portrait presentation folder on the side of a stand at a trade fair on Thursday just for people to have a flick through and get a feel for what we are doing with telemarketing and benefits we can bring with some business cards in front for people to pick up.

To set the scene we are representing a client at the exhibition (as this is something that we do in addition to telemarketing) and most of the stand is devoted to the client's services and we don't want to detract from that or compete with them but we do want to have a small area for Maxxy.

I have just sat down to print off some stuff to go in the folder but can't decide now what would be best to put in it. I was going to print off some of our pdf documents with overview of what we do, benefits, why we are different, specific industry experience, some testimonials and business cases and a special promotion page. However the pdf's that we have have far too much writing and would look rubbish from a bit of a distance. There are 10 pockets :)

Any suggestions? Help??

Thank you :)

PS - Anna now that you are a member you can read this but I hope you don't as you will know now that I was fibbing slightly when I said it was all planned :)

I can review your visual representation for you no probs. Later tonight though.

Can you send some digital photos through to my email?

Thanks

Thanks Kay, that's sweet of you.

I didn't post to get people to review but seeing as you offered I will snap your hand off for feedback :)

I've been struggling to think of what to actually put in it and how to use it ie; just what headings, bullett style, images etc.

urghhh. Next time I will plan properly :)
