Supplier Help needed Promotional Items

    Hi all

    As most of you will know we provide sales development help for companies across the UK.

    Increasingly due to prospect profiling our clients are looking at small highly target promotions and hence we need a supplier who can make promotional items is small numbers without charging silly prices.

    Products needed are things like

    Mugs 50 at a time
    Tins 50-100 max at a time
    Mint Tins 100 max at a time
    T-shirts 20-50
    Misc/ specials 10-30 at a time
    The problem we have is not getting these items but the small numbers our clients require without paying silly money i.e. 118 mugs in 2 colours we can order for £2.00 each + £10.00 delivery but if we try and order 50 we are quoted £3.60 each!

    If anyone knows who can do this we are also willing to:

    Add them to the Group websites
    Include them in our newsletters
    Add than as a strategic partner in all proposals

    We are one of an apparel manufacturer and exporter from Tirupur-(INDIA). We can produce all kind of knitted garments and some in woven. We are currently doing 100 % cotton, Cotton blends, Cotton spandex blends, Mercerized cotton, 100% polyester, other man made fibers 100% Organic cotton and bamboo fabrics in knits for Kids, Baby Wears, Children wear, Ladies and Men’s products like Polo Shirts, T – shirts, Nightwear’s , Sports wears, Ladies Tank top, Pajama’s, sweat shirts, sports wear, swimsuits, rompers, and inner wear. Our set up of the factory makes us to win the hearts and satisfy the order requirement of the customer.

    Hi Dave,

    With lower quantities on many products the set-up costs will always make it unrealistic to get low costs. Plate costs on a single colour can be £30 + with silk screening and pad printing etc. so this will often limit you on what you can buy at a realistic cost for low quantity runs. There are ways to get around some items such as buying pre-printed doming labels with your design and then using them for the likes of mint tins etc. These might last 4 or 5 promotions but are very effective and wat many promotional suppliers might have used in the first place.

    There are items such as mugs, keyrings, fridge magnets, mousemats that I could help you on if you give me more details of what might be needed ongoing.
